Canadian Passports

Applications can be obtained from passport offices, which are located in major cities, or from any large post office. (I’ve been told that going directly to passport offices is best, if you can do it.) Applications can also be downloaded from the Web. Full details on the requirements are provided with each application form, but you’ll need two current photos, and have the application form and one photo signed by an eligible guarantor. You must also provide original evidence of Canadian citizenship, any previous Canadian passport, certificate of identity or refugee travel document issued to you in the last five years, and the appropriate fee (CanUSD 85 for an adult, CanUSD 35 for a child aged 3-15, and CanUSD 20 for a child under 3).
