Eurail Passes
Eurailpass: All of trie passes below are referred to generically as “Eurail passes,” but officially the term “Eurailpass” only refers to the most expensive type of pass available. This allows unlimited travel in first class (or second class, if you want to sit there) during their time period - as much as you want, anywhere you want in the seventeen-country Eurail system. Anyone of any age can buy one. They are available in time periods of fifteen days, twenty-one days, one month, two months, and three months. Don’t just ask to buy a “Eurailpass” unless you are sure you want one of these, or you may end up paying big bucks in first class.
Eurailpass Youth: Like the above, except only available to those who are under the age of 26 (the day you validate your pass must be before your 26th birthday). Good for unlimited travel anywhere in the Eurail system, in second class only, and available in time periods of fifteen and twenty-one days, one, two, and three months. Because they are only good in second class, they are much cheaper than Eurailpasses.
