Seven Spots that are Touristy but Still Fun

Seven Spots that are Touristy but Still Fun

1. Neuschwanstein Castle, Bavaria. Make sure that after the tour you cross the bridge above the castle and climb up the hill for an incredible view. Lots of Germans visit here, too, so don’t go on a weekend if you can avoid it. Long lines even during the week -bring a book and some water and food.

2. The Hofbrau House, Munich. Lots of tourists, but many of them, at least on weekends, are German. You will also see the occasional older man in full lederhosen get-up. 1 am convinced that these guys are either hired to add atmosphere to the place, or else are mechanical dummies, like the Pirates of the Caribbean, and are actually drinking motor oil.
